Before establishing DBES CONSULTING, Derick worked within the UK Telecommunications industry where he gained eight years experience in the design and implementation of corporate change initiatives.

Derick is a Prince 2 Registered Practitioner and is trained to Green Belt Level in Lean Six Sigma principles with experience of its implementation within a services environment

Derick is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Institution of Engineering & Technology and is currently undertaking a part-time Executive MBA at Cass Business School.
